Culturist is built on trust. We ask for your email, you give it to us, and we respect it. This policy explains exactly what we do with it — no legal jargon, no fine print surprises.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is the email address you voluntarily submit through our early access signup form. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal data at this stage.
How we use it
Your email is used solely to send you product updates, early access notifications, and communications directly related to Culturist. We will never use it for unrelated marketing or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties. Period. The only exception would be a legal obligation — if a court or regulatory authority required us to disclose it, we would notify you first where permitted by law.
How we protect it
We store email addresses using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at culturist.company@gmail.com. We will remove your email from our systems within 14 business days of your request and confirm when it's done.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics tracking, or any third-party tracking scripts on this site. What you do here stays here.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from it will be handled under Israeli jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how we handle your data in a meaningful way, we will notify you via the email you provided before those changes take effect.
